We create wax seals using our own designs and stock designs. Additionally, we offer a custom stamp head design based on your own concept for an extra charge. Each wax seal can be customized with up to four colors. We offer various shapes for your seals and optional highlight colors to make your design stand out.

We require a minimum purchase of 20 wax seals to cover material costs. A 25% deposit is mandatory and refundable until you approve the final design and production begins. Please note, our custom stamp head design fee is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for complex stamp head designs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I attach the wax seals to my envelopes?
Each wax seal comes with an adhesive sticker on the back that holds it in place. This keeps the wax from damaging the envelope and lets the person who receives it carefully remove the seal, so they can keep it as a keepsake!
Won’t the seals melt?
Our wax seals are designed to handle heat! They won’t melt in normal temperatures and can withstand heat up to 160°-180°F.
What are highlights?
Highlights are little details that make your seal design stand out more! We use special markers made for wax seals. These odorless markers won’t rub off, scratch away, or change the wax.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes, you can! If you already have a brass stamp head you want to use, we can work with that. If you want to use your own design for a stamp head, we can make it for you for a $10 fee.
How do I mail them them?
When mailing, we highly recommend putting your wax-sealed envelope inside another envelope. This extra layer helps protect the seal from getting scratched, broken, or damaged during shipping. To avoid other damages caused by scanners at the USPS, we recommend hand-canceling your mail when sending. This ensures that your envelopes will be processed by hand. Please contact us and/or your shipping service with further questions.
How can I make my colors stand out?
If you’re using three or more colors, try to pick colors that aren’t too similar to each other. This will help the details of the seal show up better. Similar colors, like white, beige, and light gray, can blend together in the natural marbling of the wax.
Do you have wax fragrances?
We do not offer fragrances for our wax seals.
Can I eat it?
Our most commonly asked question on social media! No, our wax seals are not edible. Sorry!
